Refund policy


Stoves and Other Appliances:
Returns: Stoves and other appliances can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
○ For stoves that have been used and are experiencing performance or operational issues, please contact the technical support team to rectify these issues. (919-973-4079 Option 3)
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price along with any relevant shipping charges apply to returned stoves and appliances. (This will be deducted from the refund).
Damaged Items: If your appliance arrives damaged, please contact us (claims@comfortbilt.net) within 48 hours of receipt with supporting evidence (clear photos showing the damage as well as noted delivery paperwork).
If damages were not noted on delivery paperwork upon receipt of delivery, please contact the carrier to generate an exception number that can be referenced for future claims. We will work with you to arrange for repair, replacement, or refund.

Hearth Pads:
All sales are final for hearth pads. No returns or refunds are accepted unless the item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items: If your hearth pad arrives damaged, please contact us (claims@comfortbilt.net) within 48 hours of receipt with supporting evidence (clear photos showing the damage as well as noted delivery paperwork). We will work with you to arrange for replacement, or refund.
If damages were not noted on delivery paperwork upon receipt of delivery, please contact the carrier to generate an exception number that can be referenced for future claims. We will work with you to arrange for repair, replacement, or refund.

Piping:
All sales are final for piping. No returns or refunds are accepted unless the item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items: If your piping arrives damaged, please contact us (sales@comfortbilt.net) within 48 hours of receipt with supporting evidence (clear photos showing the damage). We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge.

Replacement Parts and Accessories:
Returns: Replacement parts and accessories can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. If printed proof of purchase is not available, please put the following directly on the return shipping label under the "Send To":

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is being returned due to damage or defect.
Cancellations: For cancellations that occur after shipping fulfillment, customers will be responsible for any reconsignment or return shipping fees. (This will be deducted from the refund).
Refund Processing: Refunds may take longer to process during peak seasons or holidays.
Exclusions: Some products (such as piping and hearth pads) may be non-returnable or subject to different return policies. Please refer to the product description or contact customer service for more information.
